Picture of the Day
Sunday the 2013 Dakar race ended in Santiago, Chile. The final segment of the race actually ran through the downtown ended at La Moneda (where the presidential palace and many of the ministry buildings are).
I did not feel like braving the crowds to go down to see the race, but on my way back from going to the top of Cerro San Cristobal we ran into a few of the support vehicles. The license plate of this one was from France.
